These capsules will be your ADHD medication replacement, and help you check off your chore list in a quick and timely matter. I will take 1 capsule in the morning before my commute, and mentally I feel as if I had just drank a cup of coffee. I feel alert, awake and ready to accomplish my workload. I wouldn’t recommend multiple doses of Vitality, as for me it had a similar effect of too many coffees (very alert, more easily over whelmed). If you are someone wanting to macro dose, I would suggest the Scooby Snack option from Mastermind, same price but different function.
