How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Just browse through our shop, add items to your cart, create an account, and pay by E-transferYour package will be sent off with a courier once payment is approved. You can also place your order by phone at (236) 889 -7717 and we’ll take your order manually.In addition, you can request to pay in cash in person at the time of delivery. Please have a valid ID ready to prove your age and identity.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently provide same day weed delivery services to the following cities:

 

If you do not see your city on this list and are in a neighboring area, feel free to call to see if we can accommodate you.

We deliver only to residential addresses.

What are your delivery times?

We start deliveries are 12 noon each day and our cut-off for same-day orders is 8 PM. In other words, all orders placed before 8 PM will go out the same-day unless we have been instructed otherwise. 

Orders take about 2-4 hours from the time your order is processed.

We have 4 rounds of deliveries each day:

Round 1: 12PM – 3PM

  • Cut Off Time: 12:00PM
  • Delivery Start Time: 12:30PM

Round 2: 3PM – 6PM

  • Cut Off Time: 2:25PM
  • Delivery Start Time: 3:15PM

Round 3: 6PM – 8PM

  • Cut Off Time: 5:45PM
  • Delivery Start Time: 6:15PM

Round 4: 8PM – 11PM (Or later if needed)

  • Cut Off Time: 8:00PM
  • Delivery Start Time: 8:30PM
Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to add to or change your order, call us at (236) 899 -7717 with your order number. If you would like to add to your order you can create a new order. You can also cancel your order if it has not been sent out. For further questions, please call us during business hours, or send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens after I send my E-transfer?

Our team will process your E-transfer right away. Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will package your order and have it sent off with a courier in a timely manner.

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery. Please have the exact change as our drivers do not carry cash on them for security purposes.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we now take credit cards.

To pay by credit card:

  1. Select to pay by credit card at the cart page
  2. Fill in the credit card payment form and process your payment
  3. Wait up to 20 seconds for the payment to process
  4. If payment is successful you will get a confirmation.
  5. If payment didn’t process you can try the card again, use a different card, or pay by cash or e-Transfer.

Why isn't my credit card payment working?

To protect the safety of minors and to prevent fraud, we require you to upload a valid piece of photo ID that matches the name on the credit card.

If you cannot scan your ID, try again with an image that has less gloss or reflection.

If you continue to have issues adding your ID, we can manually approve your order. You can email or text us:

  • a screenshot of your photo ID
  • the last 4 digits of your credit card (please do not send the other numbers)
  • the expiration date of the credit card
  • Name and email of the credit card holder

Once you send this information, we will manually verify it for you and you can then place your order and it should work.

Make sure that the name on the credit card matches the name on the ID and your invoice.

Are there any delivery charges?

For Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam: Orders over $60 will be delivered free. Orders under $60 will be delivered with flat fee of $15.

For North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley and more remote locations: Orders over $100 will be delivered free. Orders under $100 will be delivered with a flat fee of $20.

How long does delivery take?

You can expect 2-4 hours local delivery in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. Your driver will contact you by phone 15-30 minutes before delivery to confirm a delivery time. You will be sent a link to the GPS tracking app at this time as well. Be sure to have your phone nearby and make sure your number is correct on the order.

Can I track my package?

Yes, we will send out GPS tracking 15-30 minutes before delivery so you can know when to expect your order.

What happens if I didn't receive my package?

If you do not get your package, let us know and we will resolve this issue for you. We guarantee delivery and are committed to reliable service.

Is there anything I need at the time of delivery?

For local weed delivery, please have a valid photo ID ready that matches the name on the shipping address. We do this to make sure the correct person gets their order.

What are rewards points?
How do I earn rewards points?

There are many ways to earn rewards points:

  • Get 250 welcome rewards points by creating an account
  • Earn 3% cashback in rewards points on each dollar spent
  • Leave reviews for products that you have purchased and get 25 points per review
  • Leave a Google review and email us a screenshot of the review and we will manually credit your account with 125 rewards points.
How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed at the “cart” page by pressing the green “Apply Discount” button at the top. They will apply to your current items so be sure your carts not empty!

Is there a first-time buyer promotion?

Yes, first-time buyers can use coupon code new20 to get:

  • 20% off your first order (does not apply to mix & match and sale items)

  • $10 store credit (250 welcome rewards points)
How do I use coupon codes and promos?

You can enter valid coupon codes at your cart page in the coupon code box. Note that there are limits on many coupons and many can only be used once.

Refund policy

All products are final sales, there are no returns or exchanges.

What do I do if there is an error in my order?

If you have a defective, missing, or get the wrong item, we will help resolve this for you right away. Please send a screenshot (if applicable) so we can best help fix any issues.

You can choose how to fix this that suits you best.  We can either send you out a replacement item, or you can get the full amount of the item credited to your account plus extra rewards points.

If it is after hours, we will send out your replacement item first thing the following day.
